Where the studio works
The studio takes commissions internationally and most of its clients are in the United States. The address above is the registered address of the business and is given here because the law requires it, not because the work is limited to one country.
Liability for links
This site links to the websites of clients and collaborators. Those sites are outside the studio’s control. They were checked for unlawful content when the link was made; without a concrete indication of an infringement there is no duty of continuous monitoring. Any link found to point at unlawful material will be removed as soon as the studio is told about it.
Copyright
The design, text and code of this site are the studio’s own work. Client artwork, photographs and logos shown in the two reels remain the property of the clients and their photographers and are shown here as a record of commissioned work.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The studio is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
