The short version
This site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no tracking pixels, no advertising, no embedded video and no third-party fonts. Nothing you do here is recorded or profiled, and there is nothing for you to accept or decline.
Who is responsible
The person named at the top of this page, reachable at the email address given there. There is no separate data protection officer; the studio is not large enough to be required to appoint one.
What happens when you load a page
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver a page at all, the server has to receive your IP address, and it also sees the page requested, the time, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent string. Cloudflare keeps that briefly to serve the site and to defend it against attack. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in a site that loads and stays up. Cloudflare acts as a processor for the studio under Art. 28 GDPR, and their own privacy notice is at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Typefaces are served from this site’s own domain, so loading a page does not send anything to Google Fonts or any other font service.
If you write to the studio
Mail sent to the address above arrives in a mailbox hosted by Google Workspace. Your message and address are kept as long as the enquiry is live and afterwards for as long as commercial and tax record-keeping law requires. The basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for anything to do with a commission, and Art. 6 (1) (f) otherwise. Messages are not used for marketing and are never passed to anyone else.
There is no contact form on this site, no newsletter and no mailing list.

The editor at /admin
The studio edits this site through a content editor at /admin, which signs in
against GitHub. It is used by the studio alone and processes nothing about
visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to the data held about you, and for correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or you may object to processing. Write to the address above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Since the site holds nothing about you beyond the server logs described above and any email you have sent, most such requests will be answered very quickly.
